PI Company was established in 1994 in Arnhem under the name of PiMedia. The co-founders Peter van der Bel and Martijn van der Woude gave impetus to the organization. Their idea was to implement Assessment Center techniques within organizations so that they can increase their managers’ effectiveness. The 360-degree feedback instrument—Reflector 360—was the first product. This product and many of the HR products and services that followed have made PiCompany a leader in its field.
