Quality and result guarantee
PI Company helps customers achieve permanent result focus by supporting the implementation of solutions in the area of performance management. PI Company provides this support by combining products and corresponding services in an integrated service package: a “solution”.
Delivering top quality when supplying a solution guaranteeing real results for customers is PI Company’s highest priority. Quality means that the products, process and service quality delivered within such a solution by PI Company employees as well as the quality of the products used by customers contribute optimally to the targeted effect for customers: improvement of people performance.

How does PI Company guarantee quality and result?
External evaluation and certification PI Company’s products and the way they are supplied have been evaluated and certified by the certification institute within CITO (4TP) that evaluates the products and services delivered according to the internationally accepted standards of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA, see also: www.efpa.eu). The Netherlands’ Institute of Psychologists (NIP), also a member of EFPA, adheres to these standards. The NIP’s national test evaluation commission Cotan uses the same criteria for test evaluations.
At this time, PI Company has received a positive evaluation from 4TP for our culturally fair test on overall intelligence, Connector Ability, for the most recent test series in our broad overall test of cognitive capabilities, Connector C version 3.1., as well as for the personality questionnaire, Reflector Big Five Personality, version 2.0.
Employee quality Within PI Company’s methodology for quality to clients, employee quality means: staying up to date on knowledge, skills and behavior necessary to be able to offer customers the continuous quality service they need to achieve real results. Regular customer evaluations on project quality and service are standard input for that purpose. In any case, after concluding each project. Where professional knowledge and skills are concerned, our employees are trained in the responsible handling of our tools as well as acting responsibly within a solution where these tools are used. This training takes place internally through professionalization meetings, super-vision and inter-vision. Here professional standards are applied as listed in the EFPA international directives mentioned above. Compliance with those standards is monitored, among other things, by PI Company’s support of NIP membership for all those employees who are psychologists.
Certification of PI Company product users In order to be able to guarantee that customers truly achieve improved results by using PI Company products, PI Company offers a formal certification. Customers are certified for each product based on the successful completion of a certification training at PI Company. Experienced users will receive a customized certification course.
Form and content of this training are an integral part of the material presented to the certification institute for quality evaluation of the practice where such training will be applied. In this way, an external quality assessment is also provided.
Finally, it is PI Company’s policy to restrict user certification to a limited period and to agree on conditions with customers for updating their certification.
PI Company Advisory Board In order to safeguard an umbrella-like quality control from an external, professional perspective, PI Company has a permanent Advisory Board which reports directly to the PI Company management.
The Advisory Board’s most important task is: Advising about the scientific and professional quality of tools, of their application and of solutions for customers. Each member has his/her own expertise in one or more scientific or professional fields relevant for the evaluation of this quality. With their field of expertise, they bring a qualitatively strong professional network.
The Advisory Board’s agenda generally concerns itself with subjects of which members, each from their own scientific/professional expertise, have a good overview. This especially involves specific aspects related to the new development of tools or solutions, but also the progressive development or improvement of existing tools and solutions.
Moreover, the Advisory Board is asked, wherever applicable or relevant, to support PI Company, in realizing and/or safeguarding the cooperation between PI Company and external scientific/professional institutes.
