PI Company Assessment Services arranges advisory processes concerning questions regarding selection, career choice, assessment of ability and profiling of strengths and weaknesses. This always involves questions about the relationship between what someone is already capable of and what he/she wants to develop. That is why the core of each advisory process consists of implementing tests for cognitive abilities and personality, which are potentially supplemented with tests. This is followed by role-plays and interviews that are tailor-made to the individual issues and carried out by our experienced assessors. The tests are administered online and take place prior to the other components of the procedure when possible. Candidates do not need to wait more than half a day to be placed in role-plays and interviews. Along with separate processes that focus on individual candidates, integrated projects also take place for groups of candidates within Assessment Services, for example, in the context of acquiring structured information for management development programs. A coherent structured report is written for every advisory process, which addresses the competencies you agreed to assess. This is followed by an explicit advice about the decisions or subsequent steps that should be made. |
