Development center

We have a career-oriented development center for individual career inquiries. A well-thought-out combination of tests, role-plays and personal sessions with a psychologist all ultimately lead to a coherent career advice and concrete suggestions for developmental activities.

Individual career counseling

A career-counseling process provides support for making appropriate career decisions. Along with a 0-measurement assessment, this is comprised of five to eight meetings with a coach and assignments that are carried out at home. Together, the participant and coach map out the participant’s abilities, motivations, obstacles and ambitions.
